Floowed
The operations platform that runs whole business processes, not single tasks
About Floowed
Floowed is an operations platform that runs a whole business process from the first request to the final outcome, rather than a single task. Its pitch is that AI agents do what they are asked, while the operation around them still runs by hand: work passes between people, inboxes and spreadsheets, and someone has to remember to chase. Floowed takes on the full case, however many steps, handovers or systems it crosses and however long it takes, and it only pulls a person in when one of your rules says so.
The examples on the site are the cross-team processes no single system owns: onboarding a new customer, adding a new supplier, starting a contractor on a project, handling a client change request or offboarding an employee. Routine cases go straight through, while the ones that snag (a PO that does not match the contract, bank details that do not match a registration) get chased and resolved instead of dropped. Floowed is priced on credits rather than seats, so a whole team builds and runs operations from one shared pool.
You describe an operation in Slack, Microsoft Teams or the Floowed Dashboard, and Floowed builds it. From then on every case runs through the same five stages.
Gather pulls what the case needs from people (by email or a form link) and from your systems, such as a CRM, accounting software or file storage, in whatever shape it arrives: PDF, scan, phone photo or spreadsheet. Interpret reads each document, checks documents against each other and against your systems, and records the page and line behind every value. Chase follows up with whoever still owes something, on your schedule, by email, Slack or Teams, and escalates when a rule says to. Decide applies your rules, written in plain words, so the rules make the call rather than the model, and routes exceptions to the right person. Act writes to your systems at any step and keeps people posted, then closes the case or starts the next operation.
A simple case runs straight through; one that snags can loop through reading, chasing and acting many times and wait minutes or weeks in between.
- •Five-stage case engine - Gather, Interpret, Chase, Decide and Act run on every case, so each one follows the same path and nothing waits silently at a handover.
- •Document reading with evidence - Floowed reads documents in any format, cross-checks them, and keeps the page and line behind each value it uses, which gives every decision an audit trail.
- •Automatic chasing - It tracks who owes what on every open case and follows up by email, Slack or Teams until they answer, escalating to a person when your rules require it.
- •Plain-language rules - Rules are written in plain words or code. The site states that your rules make the decision, not the model, and every decision is stored with its evidence.
- •Dashboard with versioning and tests - The Floowed Dashboard shows each operation, its live cases and its performance. You can version an operation and test a new version on past cases before it goes live.
- •Integrations, API and MCP - Every plan includes every feature and integration plus API and MCP access. Examples on the site include HubSpot, DocuSign, Xero and Slack.
Floowed is aimed at operations, finance and delivery teams whose processes cross several people and systems. The site calls out agencies, accounting firms, recruitment teams and ecommerce businesses, and its examples (supplier onboarding, customer handover, contractor setup, change requests, offboarding) fit any company where those handovers are currently run from inboxes and spreadsheets.
It suits teams that have tried a general AI agent and found it improvised, with no fixed rules and no record of why it did something. Floowed keeps a case open, applies the same rules every time and stores the evidence. Teams can start with the free $80 of credits, which the pricing page says covers roughly 10 to 30 standard cases, before choosing a monthly credit size.
