Talynce
AI recruiter that calls, screens and interviews candidates
About Talynce
Talynce is an AI recruitment platform built for staffing agencies and in-house hiring teams that are buried in applicants. Its centerpiece is an AI calling agent that phones a shortlist of candidates, asks the screening questions a recruiter sets for the role, answers the questions candidates ask back, and returns a recording, a full transcript and one structured answer per question. Around that agent sits a full recruitment workspace: AI resume parsing and ranking, AI screening interviews, an applicant tracking system, a recruitment CRM for candidates, jobs and clients, and a searchable talent pool. The problem it targets is the most repetitive part of a recruiter's week - opening resumes one by one and dialling hundreds of candidates to ask the same handful of questions about notice period, experience and expected salary.
What makes Talynce different from a plain ATS is that the first-round screen is automated end to end, and the output is filterable data rather than call notes nobody can search. The calling agent speaks natural Indian English and is clearly aimed at Indian IT staffing, where notice periods and CTC questions dominate first calls. Pricing is also unusual for the category: a single recruiter can use the core ATS, CRM and unlimited AI match searches free forever, and teams pay per seat from two users upward. All prices are published in Indian rupees only, with 18% GST added on top, and AI calling is paid for with credit packs. Talynce is a product of Cosette Network.
A team starts by signing up for the free Solo plan, which needs no credit card, and loading candidates. Resumes can be uploaded in bulk or imported from CSV and Excel, and each file is parsed so that name, contact details, skills and experience become structured, searchable fields. Jobs and clients are created alongside them in the same workspace.
Next, the recruiter pastes a job description into AI Match. Talynce runs a semantic search over the candidate database and returns people ranked by skill and experience fit, so past applicants who were never placed can be reused for a new opening instead of sourcing from scratch.
For the shortlist, the recruiter writes a screening script once per role - the standard questions plus anything specific to the client - and points the AI calling agent at the candidates. New applicants can be added to the campaign automatically. The agent dials everyone in parallel inside a calling window the team configures, re-dials no-answers on a retry schedule, and logs every attempt and outcome against the candidate record. Candidates can also be sent email screening and AI video interviews.
Results come back as recordings, transcripts and parsed answers that can be sorted and filtered, and qualified candidates move into a Kanban or list pipeline with custom statuses. From there recruiters track submissions per client and per job, while candidates follow their own status through a passwordless portal.
- •AI Calling Agent - Runs first-round phone screens without a recruiter on the line. It calls an entire shortlist in parallel, asks an identical per-job script every time so answers are comparable across candidates, and handles candidate questions about the role, the client and the required experience. Calls only go out inside a configurable window, unanswered calls are retried on the schedule the team sets, and each call returns a recording, a full transcript and one structured answer per question such as notice period, current company or total experience. Talynce positions it for first-round screening at volume, re-activating stale pipelines, confirming availability before interviews and after-hours overflow.
- •AI Resume Screening and AI Match - Resumes in PDF and document formats are parsed, normalized and enriched with extracted skills, and bulk upload processes many files at once with progress tracking and error handling. AI Match takes any pasted job description and ranks candidates in the database by skill and experience match using semantic search rather than keyword matching. AI searches are unlimited on every plan, including the free one.
- •AI Screening Interviews and Candidate Profiles - Qualified candidates can go through structured AI screening interviews, including AI video interviews that they join from the candidate portal. The result is an AI-evaluated candidate profile that replaces a static Word CV and travels with the candidate across every role they apply to. Talynce also publishes a gallery of pre-screened, scored candidates that hiring teams can filter by role and minimum score.
- •ATS and Recruitment CRM - Candidates, jobs and clients live in one database with notes, activity history and filters. The recruiter pipeline offers Kanban and list views with custom statuses, shortlisting to multiple jobs and per-recruiter views, and submission tracking records which candidates were submitted, shortlisted, interviewed or hired for each client and job.
- •Reports, Team Roles and API - Built-in reports cover Pipeline Health by job and recruiter, AI Effectiveness, a Client Report and Effort per Client, with export of pipelines and job candidates to Excel. Teams invite recruiters with owner, admin, member or viewer roles and see who shortlisted or closed each candidate. Paid plans add a REST API for pushing candidates, jobs, clients and applications from an existing ATS or HRIS.
- •Candidate Portal - Every screened candidate gets a self-serve portal, accessed by email without a password, to see live application status, manage their AI-evaluated profile and join video interviews. Automatic status notifications are meant to cut the volume of follow-up emails recruiters have to answer.
Talynce is aimed first at staffing agencies and recruitment agencies, especially IT staffing firms that run high-volume first-round screening on roles like Java, React, QA and data engineering. For these teams the calling agent replaces the evening of dialling a shortlist to ask about notice period and expected CTC, and the submission tracking and client reports map directly onto how agency delivery is measured.
Small recruitment businesses and solo recruiters are a natural fit for the free Solo plan, which includes the core ATS and CRM, 2,000 candidate adds a month, two active jobs and ten AI video interviews a month at no cost. They can buy credit packs for AI calling and outreach without moving to a paid subscription.
Internal talent acquisition teams at growing companies can use the same CRM, ATS, talent pool and AI matching for in-house hiring, and the REST API on paid plans lets them connect Talynce to an existing ATS or HRIS rather than replacing it.
Buyers outside India should note that pricing is published only in rupees with Indian GST, and that the calling agent is described as speaking Indian English, so it is best suited to teams hiring in the Indian market or screening Indian candidates. Teams that need more than 100 seats are directed to contact sales.
