Taskeya
Projects, clients and invoices in one workspace for agencies
About Taskeya
Taskeya is an all-in-one operations workspace for marketing, SEO, creative and other service agencies. It brings project management, a client CRM, proposals and contracts, a client portal, messaging, invoicing, expenses and basic HR into a single product, so a small agency does not have to stitch together a task tracker, a CRM, an invoicing app and a shared drive. The pain it targets is the one its own about page describes: projects live in one tool, clients in another, invoices somewhere else, decisions get lost in chat, and AI sits in yet another browser tab.
The AI side of Taskeya works in two directions. Inside the workspace, an assistant called Tasky drafts scopes and briefs, summarises client meetings, predicts project bottlenecks and helps schedule tasks, with a monthly message allowance on Starter and unlimited use on the higher plans. Outside the workspace, Taskeya ships a ChatGPT plugin and an MCP connection, so you can ask ChatGPT about project progress or let your own AI agent work in the workspace with its own team account. The product runs in the browser, as desktop apps for macOS and Windows, as a Chrome extension and on Android, with an iOS app listed as coming soon. The interface is available in English and Arabic.
You start a 14-day free trial without a credit card and set up a workspace for your agency. Clients go into the CRM, where you track leads and follow-ups, and won work becomes projects on boards with Kanban, table, calendar and Gantt views, plus timeline, workload and analytics views for planning capacity.
From there you send proposals and contracts for online signature, invite clients into a portal where they can follow progress, and keep project conversations in the built-in inbox and messenger rather than scattered across email.
When work is delivered, you create invoices, send payment links and set up recurring billing for retainers, while expenses, payroll settings, payslips and leave requests sit in the same finance and HR area. Throughout, you can ask Tasky to draft a brief or summarise a meeting, or connect ChatGPT or an MCP-compatible agent to read project status and take actions such as moving a task forward.
- •
Project management - Boards with templates and multiple views (Kanban, table, calendar, Gantt, timeline, workload and map) for planning client work and tracking delivery. Starter allows 100 projects, while Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
- •
CRM, proposals and contracts - Track leads and client profiles, then send proposals and contracts that clients sign online, so the sales hand-off feeds straight into project setup.
- •
Client portal and messaging - Give clients their own portal accounts to see progress and approve work, and keep project conversations in a shared inbox and messenger instead of separate chat tools.
- •
Invoicing, finance and HR - Invoices with templates, share links and recurring settings, plus expenses, finance statistics, payroll, payslips, leave requests and employee contracts. Starter includes 10 invoices a month; Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
- •
Tasky AI teammate - An in-app assistant for drafting scopes and briefs, summarising meetings, predicting bottlenecks and scheduling tasks. Starter includes 1,000 Tasky messages a month and the higher plans are unlimited.
- •
ChatGPT plugin and MCP access - Work with the workspace from ChatGPT, give an AI agent its own team account, and connect agents such as Codex through MCP without repeated logins.
Taskeya is built for service agencies that have outgrown a patchwork of tools but do not want a heavy enterprise system. Marketing agencies can keep campaign delivery, client approvals and recurring retainers connected. SEO agencies can coordinate fixes, client reports and monthly billing without losing hand-offs. Creative studios can carry scope, production and client decisions from the brief to the final files.
Because seats are bundled into each plan rather than charged per user, it suits small and mid-sized teams: up to 5 people on Starter, 20 on Pro and 50 on Enterprise. Agency owners who already use ChatGPT daily, or who are experimenting with AI agents, will get the most from the plugin and MCP connection. Freelancers working alone may find it more than they need, and there is no permanent free plan, only the 14-day trial.
