ImageToExcel is a web converter that uses AI OCR to turn images, screenshots and PDFs into editable Excel spreadsheets. You upload a JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF, and it recognizes tables, rows, columns, text and document structure, then exports the result as an .xlsx file. Typical inputs on the site are vendor invoices, receipts, bank statements, dashboard screenshots, scanned reports, inventory lists and multi-page PDF tables.

Sign in, then upload a screenshot, photo, scanned document or PDF. File size, PDF length and batch size depend on your plan, from a single 5MB file with up to 3 PDF pages on the free tier to batches of 50 files with up to 200 pages per PDF on Business.
The AI OCR step then extracts the tables and text and rebuilds the rows and columns.
You download the result as an editable Excel file. Each converted page uses about one credit, taken from your monthly plan allowance, a one-time credit pack, or the free balance. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
