About Hireko AI
Hireko AI is an AI interview and recruiting platform built around a "digital twin recruiter". Instead of a recruiter running every first-round screen, AI agents hold a conversational video interview with each applicant, ask questions generated for the role and score the answers in real time. Recruiters then review an AI ranking with recordings and decide who moves forward. The target is volume: first-round screening is repetitive, hard to schedule and inconsistent between interviewers.
The platform also covers candidate sourcing from a prompt, outreach automation, job description generation, AI summaries and tagging, and an ATS integration. Every plan includes unlimited recruiters with no per-seat fees, and pricing is per interview minute, with or without a monthly platform fee. The site says its agents are powered by the Conversational Video Interface (CVI), which is Tavus's product name, so the video avatar layer appears to be third-party. A "Try for free" button is shown, but no free plan or trial terms are published.
Sign up and create a job role; Hireko can generate the job description. Upload the resumes of the candidates you want to screen, then review and tweak the AI-generated interview questions and the interviewer's style.
Candidates take the interview with the AI recruiter in their own dashboard. The conversation is dynamic and context-aware, with a text chat fallback. The Pay As You Go and Monthly plans support English; the Custom plan adds multiple languages.
Each interview is scored in real time and candidates are ranked. Recruiters and hiring managers review and select them in the recruiter dashboard or the Share Dashboard, where they watch clips and swipe to approve or reject.

Hireko AI is aimed at HR teams, recruiters and hiring managers screening candidates at volume. Pay As You Go, at 55 cents a minute with no monthly fee, suits uneven hiring; the Monthly Subscription, $350 a month plus 40 cents a minute, is cheaper per minute for steady volume. Enterprises needing unlimited interviews, multiple languages, custom branding or API access are steered to a custom plan through a demo. Job seekers are a second audience.
