MotionCasa
Turn listing photos into an AI real estate video
About MotionCasa
MotionCasa is a web app that turns a set of real estate listing photos into short property videos. You upload 5 to 8 photos of a home, and an AI video model gives each still image its own simulated camera move, such as a slow push-in, a lateral pan or an orbit. The resulting clips are then cut into ready-to-post reels with titles, music and the agent's branding. The point is to get something that looks filmed rather than a pan-and-zoom slideshow, without scheduling a videographer at the property. The site contrasts its per-listing price with the cost of a real estate video shoot and with free slideshow apps that only animate photos with zoom effects.
The product is narrowly built around listing videos rather than general video editing. Each photo becomes one 5-second source clip, so a full listing produces 25 to 40 seconds of footage that can be reused across six reel templates and three aspect ratios from a single generation. Changing the template, property text, captions or music does not spend more credits; only creating a new AI clip does. Pricing is per listing instead of per month: one-time credit packs cover 1, 3 or 7 listings, with no subscription. The site is open about the limits of the approach, warning that AI output can alter rooms, furniture and geometry and asking users to review every clip against the original photos before publishing.
You start in the Studio by dropping in 5 to 8 listing photos as JPG, PNG or WebP files (up to 10 MB each), straight from a camera roll or an MLS export, and reordering them until the walkthrough flows. Before signing in, the Studio can play a free local pan-and-zoom preview of the photo order in the browser; nothing is uploaded at this stage and no credits are spent.
When the sequence is ready, you sign in with Google and use a credit pack to generate. Rendering runs on an external video model, and each photo becomes its own 5-second AI camera-motion clip, one per room. A full listing usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes, the Studio shows live progress for each clip, and you can close the tab and come back to the saved listing later.
Once the clips are delivered you review them, exclude any that misrepresent the property, and optionally pay for an intentional redo of a single clip. You then pick a reel template, add the address, price and branding, edit or turn off captions, choose vertical, landscape or square output and export. Source clips can also be downloaded on their own, and past listings stay in the account for later re-exports.
- •AI Camera Motion Per Photo - Every listing photo is rendered as a separate 5-second clip with a simulated camera move, so each room gets its own moving shot instead of a zoom across a still image. AI source clips are generated at 720p.
- •Six Reel Templates From One Generation - The same set of clips can be composed into six templates, including a short Teaser, a Luxury reel and a fast-cut Social style. Switching templates, text or music never spends additional credits.
- •Three Aspect Ratios - Reels export on a 1080 x 1920 vertical canvas for Reels and TikTok, 1920 x 1080 landscape or 1080 x 1080 square. Export prefers MP4, with WebM as a fallback in browsers without a compatible recorder.
- •Branding and MLS-Clean Versions - Agents can add a logo, headshot and contact details, which are saved once and reused. An MLS-clean option removes agent branding and closing cards, and the browser composer adds no MotionCasa watermark.
- •Included Music and Editable Captions - Reels come with tracks from Mixkit under its Stock Music Free License, which permits commercial web and social video use. Captions and property text can be edited or turned off before each export.
- •Credit Safeguards - Confirmed generation failures restore credits automatically, each new order gets one retry, and a single-clip redo costs 150 credits. A completely unused pack is refundable within 7 days of purchase.
MotionCasa is aimed at real estate agents who want a short video for every listing without booking a shoot. An agent can turn the best photos from a listing into a vertical reel for Instagram or TikTok, add the address, price and their branding, and post a landscape version on the listing page from the same generation. The per-listing pricing suits agents with an irregular flow of new listings who do not want a monthly plan running between them.
Property photographers can use it to add a video deliverable to an existing photo shoot without filming anything new, saving their branding once and giving clients both a branded and an MLS-clean version. The 7-listing pack is positioned for photographers and busy teams who handle several properties at a time.
Small media businesses and marketing assistants who produce listing content for several agents can reuse approved clips across templates and aspect ratios and return to saved projects to re-export. It is less suited to anyone who needs exact, unaltered representation of a property, since the site states that AI output may differ from the source photos and that finished videos are not refunded for dissatisfaction.
