About Gixo Quill
Gixo Quill is a source-aware AI content workspace that turns briefs, source files and existing drafts into structured, review-ready content. Many AI writing tools produce text from a prompt and leave the checking to someone else. Quill keeps the selected source material, citations, evidence details, writing controls and quality checks beside the document, so reviewers can inspect claims in context. Drafting, review, approval and publishing all happen against the same document.
Quill offers 49 direct-create content formats, from blog posts and how-to guides to comparisons, industry reports and video scripts, plus localized versions across 89 language and locale options. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card; after it, generation needs a paid plan. Plans are per seat per month: Lite $10, Starter $59, Professional $79 (minimum 3 seats) and Business $99 (minimum 5 seats), with Enterprise at $129 per seat (minimum 10) via Azure Marketplace or a private offer.
You begin with a structured, versioned editorial brief covering the primary keyword, search intent, audience, required topics and questions to answer, which flows into generation as coverage requirements. You can start from a topic, paste existing writing, or import reference files, images, audio, video and web material.
Before generating, you choose the source policy: your files only, your files plus web research, or automatic source selection, along with an evidence standard and trusted domains. Quill then creates a structured draft in the chosen format while keeping the source context attached.
Editing and review happen in the same workspace. You compare saved passages with selected sources and resolve advisory findings such as contradictions, unsupported assertions, calculations and changed numbers or units. A reviewer then approves an exact saved revision, and Quill checks its frozen release against required sources, reviewed facts and policy before delivery.
