CommunityTracker
Find buying signals in communities, then reach the people posting them
About CommunityTracker
CommunityTracker watches Reddit, LinkedIn, Slack and other communities for people describing the problem you solve, then turns those posts into contactable leads. It enriches what it finds, runs outreach across email, LinkedIn, Reddit and AI voice, and syncs the result into HubSpot so the pipeline lives where the rest of the sales process already does.
The premise is sound and increasingly common: somebody publicly asking "has anyone found a good tool for X" is a warmer lead than anyone on a bought list, because they have described their own need in their own words and timed it themselves. Finding those posts by hand is the part that does not scale.
The outreach half deserves more thought than the monitoring half. Automated messaging into Reddit and LinkedIn runs against both platforms' rules on unsolicited contact, and AI voice outreach carries obligations that vary sharply by jurisdiction. The tool will do these things; whether you should is a decision it cannot make for you, and the cost of getting it wrong lands on your domain and your accounts rather than on the vendor.
You set keywords describing the problem your product solves, rather than your product name. The free tier allows one keyword on Reddit, which is enough to establish whether people in your market talk about it at all.
It monitors the configured communities for posts matching those signals and surfaces them as they appear, which is the difference between catching a buying moment and reading about it later.
Leads are enriched in one click, turning a username into something you can actually contact.
Outreach runs from the same place across email, LinkedIn, Reddit and AI voice, and the outcome syncs to HubSpot so nothing has to be re-entered.
- •Multi-community monitoring - Reddit, LinkedIn, Slack and others watched together rather than one at a time.
- •Intent keywords, not brand mentions - tuned to people describing a problem, which is earlier in the cycle than someone naming you.
- •One-click enrichment - a poster turned into a contactable lead.
- •Outreach in four channels - email, LinkedIn, Reddit and AI voice from one place.
- •HubSpot sync - results land in the CRM rather than in another silo.
- •Free tier with one Reddit keyword - enough to test whether the signal exists before paying.
- •Published competitor comparison - the vendor puts its 39 USD entry against rivals from 19.95 to 599.
Solopreneurs and small sales teams whose buyers congregate somewhere public and identifiable. It works best where the problem has a vocabulary people actually use in posts, and worst where nobody discusses the category openly.
The free keyword is the honest way in: run it on your best guess for a fortnight and see whether real posts appear. If they do not, no plan fixes that.
Consider the outreach side carefully before switching it on. Monitoring communities is uncontroversial; messaging into them automatically is not, and the platforms enforce against it unevenly but permanently.
