About Image to Image AI
Image to Image AI is a browser tool for changing an existing photo by describing what you want different about it, rather than generating something new from nothing. You upload a source image, write the change in plain words, and the tool produces a version that keeps the original as a visual reference. The distinction matters more than it sounds: most image generators start from a blank canvas, so getting an output that resembles a specific photo you already have means fighting the model rather than directing it.
The workspace offers two modes side by side. Image to Image works from your uploaded reference, which is the case for restyling a product shot, changing a background, or applying a different art treatment while keeping the subject recognisable. Text to Image covers the ordinary case where no reference exists. Output runs at 1K, 2K or 4K, with credit cost scaling by resolution, so a quick test costs meaningfully less than a final render.
The interface is bilingual, in English and Japanese, and generated images are stored in the account rather than only handed back as a download.
Choose Image to Image or Text to Image at the top of the generator. For the image route, upload your source photo as the reference.
Write the prompt describing what should change: colours, shape, texture, background, or the overall style. The site frames this as describing the details of the image you want rather than re-describing the whole scene, which is the right instinct when the reference is already carrying most of the information.
Pick a resolution. Credits are consumed per generation and scale with output size, so a 2,500 credit plan covers roughly 250 images at 1K, about 125 at 2K, or around 83 at 4K. Results appear in the preview panel beside the generator and are kept in storage on the account.
