Image to Calendar
Turn schedule photos, screenshots and PDFs into calendar events
About Image to Calendar
Image to Calendar is an AI converter that turns a schedule you can see into events your calendar can use. You upload a photo, screenshot, flyer or PDF, it reads the dates, times, locations and repeat patterns, and after you review the result it gives you one standard ICS file for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any other calendar app. It solves the tedious job of retyping a class timetable, a sports season, a shift roster or a conference agenda event by event.
The tool's emphasis is on review rather than blind automation. Every extracted event stays editable before export, so you can fix a date or timezone that the model read wrongly. One conversion can cover a whole document with up to 100 events, and its own example turns a single timetable image into four recurring event series covering 77 dated occurrences. Uploaded files are processed in memory and not stored by the app, and the privacy page names AIHubMix and its model provider as the services that read the file. Pricing is pay-once credit packs with no subscription, and the operator is not named on the Terms page.
First, upload the source. Images can be JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MiB, and PDFs can be up to 12 MiB and 10 pages. One file can hold many events, and the source schedule can be in other languages even though the interface is in English. You can also try a built-in example timetable without using a credit.
Second, check every event. The app lists what it extracted and lets you edit titles, dates and times, timezones, locations, notes and repeat rules. You can compare each event with the original image before accepting it.
Third, download one ICS file and import it into your calendar app. A successful conversion uses one credit, and failed conversions use none. Your first conversion works without an account; signing in with Google adds two free credits, and after that you buy a credit pack.
For single events there is also a free ICS File Generator where you type the details yourself and download a calendar file.
- •
AI schedule extraction - Reads dates, times, locations and repeat details from photos, screenshots, flyers and PDFs, so a printed or posted schedule becomes structured events.
- •
Review before export - Titles, dates, times, timezones, locations, notes and repeat rules are all editable, and you compare them with the original before anything reaches your calendar.
- •
Recurring events - Weekly classes and practices are turned into repeating event series rather than dozens of one-off entries, which keeps a semester or season manageable.
- •
Universal ICS output - One standard ICS file imports into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and other apps, with up to 100 events per conversion.
- •
PDF and multi-page support - Syllabi, conference programmes and multi-page agendas up to 10 pages are handled in the same flow as a single photo.
- •
Processed, not collected - Files stay in request memory only while events are extracted, and account and credit records never include the uploaded file or the extracted event content.
Students and parents can turn class timetables, exam dates and school notices into calendar events in one step. Teachers can convert a syllabus into dates for a whole term. Sports teams, coaches and families can load a season of games, practices and locations at once.
Shift workers and managers can import weekly or rotating rosters without retyping every start and end time. Event-goers and travellers can pull dates from posters, conference programmes and itineraries.
Because credits are bought once and never expire, it suits people who convert schedules a few times a year rather than every day.
