Entergram
A CRM that runs on real Telegram accounts, with an MCP server
About Entergram
Entergram is a CRM for teams whose customers are on Telegram. Its stated advantage is that it runs on real Telegram accounts rather than the bot API, and that distinction carries most of the product. A bot is visibly a bot: it cannot join conversations naturally, it is constrained in what it can see and send, and customers treat it differently. Working through real accounts means the conversation on the customer's side looks like a conversation with a person, while your side gets the shared inbox, assignment and history that make it a CRM rather than someone's phone.
That approach makes it useful in markets where Telegram is the default business channel, which is a large part of Eastern Europe, Central Asia and parts of the crypto and trading world. For teams in those markets the alternative is usually a group of individual phones and no shared record at all.
For developers there is a Telegram MCP server, which lets multiple Telegram accounts be reached through one MCP endpoint. That places part of this in the same category as other agent-callable infrastructure rather than purely as CRM software.
Connect the Telegram accounts your team already uses to a seat. Every plan includes five accounts per seat, with more available for a small monthly addition each, so a team running many numbers is not paying a full seat per number. Conversations land in a shared workspace where they can be assigned, tracked and searched. The MCP server exposes those accounts to agents and other MCP clients, so automation can read and act on Telegram conversations without a separate integration.
- •Real accounts, not the bot API - Conversations look normal to the customer, which is the whole premise.
- •Five accounts per seat - Pricing scales by team rather than by phone number, with extras at a small monthly cost.
- •Shared inbox and assignment - The CRM layer that individual Telegram accounts cannot provide.
- •Telegram MCP server - Several accounts reachable through one MCP endpoint for agents and MCP clients.
- •Sales and support in one place - Positioned across both rather than as a support-only tool.
Aimed at teams for whom Telegram is the primary customer channel rather than a secondary one, which is a real and underserved segment. If your customers reach you on Telegram and your current system is several people with several phones, this is aimed exactly at that.
Two things to know. Pricing is in euros rather than dollars, with a seat at €29, extra accounts at €5 a month each, and plans running from €44 up to €390, so the figures here will not line up with dollar-priced alternatives without conversion. And operating a CRM on real accounts rather than the bot API is worth checking against Telegram's current terms for your use case, since the mechanism that makes it work is also the part most dependent on platform policy.

Priced in euros, so the USD columns are left empty. A seat is €29 with five Telegram accounts included, and extra accounts are €5 a month each. Plans are listed at €44, €87, €117, €290 and €390 a month, with custom enterprise pricing on request.
