Make a custom emoji pack from your photo
About Pic2Emoji
Pic2Emoji is an AI photo to emoji converter. You upload one photo of your face, your pet or a friend, and it returns a custom pack of 8 emoji stickers in which the AI has redrawn the subject as one consistent character across eight reactions, from "Got it", "Okay" and "LOL" to "Speechless", "Shocked" and "Meltdown". The files are 512 x 512, which WhatsApp and Telegram accept as they are. A static pack comes as PNG and WebP with a transparent background, and an animated pack brings the same eight reactions to life as 12-frame animated WebP and GIF. There is no account and no subscription: you pay once per pack, $2.99 static or $5.99 animated.
The problem it addresses is that most photo emoji tools simply crop a picture into a square sticker, and Google Photomoji lives only inside Google Messages. Pic2Emoji redraws the face so it still reads clearly at small sizes and delivers ordinary image files you can add wherever a chat app accepts images. What stands out is how plainly it describes its own limits. The render is not instant and the site says so, it names the model that draws your face (OpenAI's GPT Image, reached through its generation partner Mojime), it publishes a downloadable sample pack instead of testimonials, and its compatibility page lists exactly which platforms need a resize and which do not work at all. The project is run by one independent developer as a sole trader, contactable by email, and uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours and never used to train models.
Start by picking one photo: a clear, front-facing shot of a face, a pet or a friend works best. The uploader takes JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB and at least 400 x 400 pixels, and you confirm that the photo is of you or that you have the person's permission. Then you choose the static or the animated pack and pay on a hosted checkout, where Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record, or redeem a code if you have one. Nothing is rendered before payment, and this part takes about a minute.
The render is the slow part. The AI draws the eight reactions one at a time and encodes each to 512 x 512, which usually takes 20 to 33 minutes. Every order has a status page that shows it as queued, rendering with a sticker counter, ready to download, or failed with a reason and a free retry button, so you can close the tab and come back.
When the pack is ready, a download link arrives by email and the same files sit on your order page. The deadline is 24 hours: if it is missed, or a render fails, you choose a full refund or a free re-run. A first pack can also be refunded within 7 days if you are not happy with it.

AI Redrawn Reaction Set - The AI does not cut out your photo; it redraws the subject as an original emoji character and keeps it consistent across all eight reactions. The site is clear that the result is an artistic redraw rather than a guaranteed likeness, so colors, expressions and details will differ from the photo.
- •
Static and Animated Packs - The static pack is 8 stickers as PNG and WebP with transparency, about 52 to 66 KB each. The animated pack is the same 8 reactions as 12-frame animated WebP plus GIF copies, about 258 to 321 KB each, exported without transparency on purpose because some Android sticker importers render transparent animated WebP incorrectly.
- •
Order Tracking and a Delivery Promise - Each order gets a live status page and an email with the download link. A 24-hour deadline, a free retry on failed renders and a no-argument refund or re-run if the deadline is missed are written into the terms.
- •
Published Compatibility Map - A dated page lists each platform's limits. WhatsApp takes both packs as they are through a sticker app; Discord and Slack cap emoji at 128 px, so the files need a resize; Telegram takes the static stickers but not animated WebP; and iMessage cannot import sticker files at all, though a PNG can be sent as a photo.
- •
Free Sample Pack - Before paying you can download a real pack as a ZIP with the source photo, 8 static and 8 animated files and a spec sheet with the byte size of each, so you can check dimensions, transparency and motion yourself. Pet and low-light samples are listed as pending rather than mocked up.

Free Emoji Tools - Alongside the paid packs the site runs free browser tools: an emoji picker, an emoji art generator that turns a photo into an emoji mosaic, a random emoji generator, Christmas emoji, Japanese kaomoji text, an emoji resizer for 128 or 256 px uploads to Discord and Slack, and an emoji pictionary game.
Pic2Emoji is for anyone who wants a personal set of reactions for group chats without learning a design tool. Friends and families can turn a face or an inside joke into stickers for a WhatsApp or Telegram group, which take the static files as they are. Pet owners are a large part of the audience, and the site says pet emojis are one of its most common orders: a dog, cat or hamster can become its own reaction set.
Discord and Slack communities can use the packs as custom server emoji after a quick resize, and the free emoji resizer on the same site handles that step. People who dislike subscriptions get a clear one-off price per pack, with no account, no auto-renewal and no credits to top up, and privacy-minded users get a named list of every service that touches their photo and a 24-hour deletion rule. It is less suited to anyone who needs an instant result, an exact likeness or animated stickers in Telegram or iMessage, and the site says so itself.
