GreatArrow.ai is a shared memory layer for the AI apps you already use. Save something once in Claude and ChatGPT knows it too, and so do Gemini, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, VS Code, Windsurf, Grok and a dozen more. It keeps your decisions, people and projects in one private memory and names its sources in every answer, so you stop pasting the same context into every chat and can see what an answer was based on rather than trusting it because it sounds sure.
On top of the memory, GreatArrow.ai acts as an operating system for a small business: a daily brief of follow-ups, meetings, money changes and goal pace pulled from your tools, plus rooms for tasks, goals, money, people, meetings and files. On the Pro plan an "AI team" of specialist helpers can run whole jobs and scheduled work, and you approve what they draft. It is built by Manito AI, says its content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and reports a CASA security assessment validated in September 2026. Plans have a hard monthly ceiling: at your plan's limit the AI pauses rather than charging more. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with no card.
