PostOnce
Write once, publish to every account you run
About PostOnce
PostOnce is a cross-posting tool built on a single idea: you wrote the thing once, so you should publish it once. It takes one write-up and distributes it to the accounts you run, without asking you to reformat for each destination or pay separately for every channel you connect.
What separates it from most of this category is the pricing shape. Social publishing tools commonly bill per channel or per seat, so the cost climbs as your reach does, and a founder running five accounts pays five times for a job that took one draft. PostOnce has two flat plans and states plainly that there are no per-channel fees, which makes it cheapest exactly where the per-channel tools get expensive. Both plans are paid: there is no free tier, and a card is required to start.
You connect the accounts you want to publish to, which the product frames as the accounts you run rather than any account you can reach. That distinction matters, because it is aimed at people distributing their own work rather than agencies managing client inventories.
You write the post once in a single composer. The draft is the unit of work, not one draft per destination.
You publish, and the same write-up goes out across the connected channels. Workspaces keep separate brands or projects apart, so a personal account and a company account do not share a queue.
- •One composer, many destinations - a single write-up published across the accounts you have connected.
- •No per-channel fees - the plan price does not change with how many accounts you attach, which is the pricing decision the product is built around.
- •Workspaces - separate brands or projects kept apart rather than mixed in one queue.
- •Two plans only - Solo for one brand and one person, Pro for agencies and teams, with no tier ladder to climb.
- •Monthly or yearly billing - the annual option is framed as two months free, and the monthly rate is the honest month-to-month figure.
Founders, solo creators and small teams who publish their own material to several places and are tired of paying per connected account. The Solo plan is explicitly one brand and one person, so the sizing is honest about who it suits.
Agencies and teams managing multiple brands are the Pro case, though anyone running client inventories at scale should check the account limits against their roster first.
It is the wrong tool if you need a free option to evaluate with, because there is not one. It is also not an analytics or listening product: it publishes, and that is the job it claims.
Pricing
Priced in another currency
Two plans, both paid, with no free tier. Month-to-month EUR 15 for Solo and EUR 30 for Pro. Billed yearly it is EUR 144 and EUR 300, which the site frames as two months free. There are no per-channel fees. Priced in euros, so the USD price columns are left empty rather than carrying a conversion that would drift.
