AI that does the work, and asks before sending anything.
About Krafty
Krafty is an AI workspace where you hand tasks to Bots and they carry them out. Instead of answering with instructions, a Bot opens the sites, reads the threads, works through the steps in your connected apps and on its own cloud computer, and comes back with what it found and what needs your approval. Bots keep working after you close your browser, and nothing goes out from your connected apps until you approve it. Krafty is built independently by Drew Sepeczi and runs in desktop and mobile browsers.
The problem it targets is the gap between a chat assistant and real delegation. A chatbot can draft an email, but it does not go through the inbox, find the four messages that need a reply and hold the drafts for review. Krafty is designed for that kind of end-to-end job: drafting replies to unread email, finding prospects, chasing overdue invoices, recapping the week every Friday or checking what is blocking a release. Each Bot has its own name, job, instructions and memory, and all the Bots on an account share one persistent cloud computer with a desktop and browser, so sites without an integration can still be worked in a browser.
You describe the job in plain English, for example "draft replies to my unread emails" or "every Friday, recap my week". The Bot asks a few questions and is set up. You then connect the apps it needs, such as Gmail or GitHub, signing in yourself, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
The Bot works through the task in your apps and on its cloud computer, and it keeps going after you log off. When it wants to change something in a connected app, such as sending an email, the action waits in the chat for you to approve or discard it.
Once a task has gone right in chat, you can say "do this every Friday" and it runs on schedule without you. You can tell a Bot once how you like things done and it saves a note for future chats. For bigger jobs, several Bots can share a group chat or brief each other, and you can follow every handoff in the thread.
- •Bots that act, not just answer - Each Bot works through multi-step tasks across your connected apps and the web, and reports back with results and pending approvals.
- •Approval before anything goes out - Changes to your connected apps, such as sending an email, wait for your explicit OK, so automation never acts on your behalf unseen.
- •Cloud computer - All Bots on an account share a persistent cloud computer with a desktop and browser, which lets them use sites that have no integration and keep files and apps between sessions.
- •Scheduled routines - A task done once in chat can be turned into a recurring routine, such as a Friday recap or a morning rundown, that runs without you.
- •Memory and instructions - Each Bot keeps working instructions and saved notes, so preferences like the format of a weekly update carry into every later chat.
- •Group chats and handoffs - Several Bots can collaborate in one thread or pass work to each other, for example research, drafting and checking on a launch brief, with every handoff visible.
Krafty is aimed at founders, freelancers and small business owners who carry a long tail of recurring admin: email triage, invoice follow-ups, scheduling and weekly reporting. Sales and business development people can hand off prospecting such as finding local businesses that need a new website, and operations or product people can use it for release checks, support triage and status recaps.
Because every outgoing action waits for approval, it suits people who want an autonomous agent's reach without giving up control over what is sent in their name. The free plan lets you try one Bot with one connected app, while the Pro plan adds cloud computer hours and multiple teammates for people ready to delegate on a regular basis.
