Yodu.ai gives you a team of AI employees that do real work using your company's own tools. You assign a job, the employee investigates and prepares a result, and you review and approve before anything goes out. Built on OpenClaw for the agent runtime, Yodu wraps it in a company workspace with employee management, tool permissions, approval controls, and managed infrastructure. Each workspace can run up to five active AI employees, including a Chief of Staff that coordinates and delegates to the others. It connects to the tools teams already use, including Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Stripe, HubSpot, Zendesk, Shopify, Google Calendar, Airtable, and custom MCP servers.
Yodu's distinguishing choices are control and grounding. You decide each employee's access and whether it works in Draft only, Ask first, or a defined level of autonomy, and every result carries the sources and evidence the employee used. You can also power employees with your own supported Claude subscription with no extra Yodu token charge, and control Yodu itself through an MCP connection from Claude or Codex. The plan is a single $499/month workspace with personal setup included; there is no free trial.
Setup starts by telling your Chief of Staff what your company sells, who your customers are, and what you need help with, and adding reference documents. You then build up to five AI employees, giving each a role, instructions, and the tools its job requires, and choose how much autonomy it has, from Draft only through Ask first to defined autonomy. Employees investigate issues, research leads, prepare drafts, delegate to teammates, and report back, and you review completed work, approve proposed actions, and answer questions that block a task. Recurring jobs run on a schedule you set. Yodu adds no per-task or per-chat charge; you connect your model access (including a supported Claude subscription with no extra token charge), and third-party tools and paid API models may bill separately. Each workspace runs in its own container on shared infrastructure.
