About UMEVO
UMEVO makes AI voice recorders and a companion app for people who need an accurate record of meetings, calls and conversations without typing notes. Phone recording apps are awkward on calls and in person, and a raw recording is still hours of audio to replay. UMEVO's magnetic recorders capture the audio, and the app turns it into a transcript in more than 140 languages with speaker identification, then into summaries, mind maps and translations you can question with Ask AI.
UMEVO is made by UME Technology Inc. of Denver, Colorado, with a development office in Shenzhen. The hardware is sold separately, starting from the UMEVO Note, and the app also works without a device through audio import. The company says it is built with ChatGPT and other models, and the Note Plus page cites GPT, Claude and Gemini. App plans include a free Starter tier with 400 minutes every month, Pro at $7.99 a month and MAX at $19.99 a month, plus one-time minute packs.
