Granola

Using Granola involves authorizing the tool to access your calendar and video conferencing account. When meetings occur, Granola automatically joins and begins recording. As the meeting progresses, the AI transcribes conversation and analyzes discussion in real-time. After the meeting concludes, the platform automatically generates a summary highlighting key topics, decisions reached, action items identified, and important discussion points. The summary is delivered through email or messaging integration, allowing quick access without waiting for processing. You can review the full transcript if needed, with searchable text making it easy to locate specific discussion points. For recurring meetings, Granola tracks decisions and action items over time, showing evolution and follow-up on previous decisions.
