TwinMind

Never forget your ideas, conversations & meetings

Overview

About TwinMind

TwinMind is an AI memory app that listens to your day and turns it into something you can search and ask questions about. It transcribes and summarizes meetings, conversations and lectures, organizes everything it captures into a private second brain, and then feeds that context to AI models so their answers reflect your own life rather than a blank slate. The company describes it as a way to never forget your ideas, conversations and meetings, and it runs on iPhone, Android, Apple Watch, Mac, Windows and as a Chrome extension.

The problem it targets is simple: most of what we hear and decide is spoken, and almost none of it is written down. Notes from a standup, a doctor visit or a pitch meeting fade within days, and general-purpose chatbots know nothing about them. TwinMind closes that gap by capturing audio all day (the site advertises 16+ hours of capture in your pocket without draining the battery), transcribing it in 140+ languages with automatic detection and real-time translation, and filing the result into people, places and projects that it calls your own private Wikipedia.

What sets it apart from a typical meeting bot is that no bot joins your call. The Mac and Windows apps and the Chrome extension capture your voice and everyone else in the meeting directly, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any other meeting app on your computer. Privacy is a core part of the pitch: audio is deleted after transcription by default, an on-device mode keeps data only on your device, data is never sold or used to train AI models, and the company lists SOC 2 Type II and Google CASA Tier 2. Pricing is freemium, with a Free plan, a Pro plan at $14.99 a month and a Max plan at $49.99 a month, both cheaper when billed yearly.
