AI Job Application Bot That Applies to Jobs for You
About JobsAICopilot
JobsAICopilot is an AI job application bot: you upload your resume once, set the job titles and filters you care about, and an AI copilot searches company career pages, fills in application forms and submits them on your behalf. The problem it targets is the repetitive part of a job search. Most application portals still ask you to retype the same details you already put in your CV, and a serious search can mean dozens of near-identical forms a week. JobsAICopilot takes over that loop, so the time goes into interviews rather than data entry.
What sets it apart from a generic job board is where it applies. The copilot works from verified listings on official company career pages, which the company says covers 50,000+ pages scanned daily, rather than reposted ads on aggregators. Each application is tailored to the job description so applicant tracking systems can match it, and a Review Mode on every plan lets you approve, edit or skip each application before it is sent. Pricing is paid only: there is no free trial and no free plan, although a free ATS resume checker is available without a card. Premium and Elite can each be billed weekly, monthly or quarterly, and Elite raises the daily limit from 20 to 50 applications and adds an AI-tailored resume for every application.
Setup starts with a single resume upload. You then answer a handful of standard screening questions, such as salary expectations, so the copilot never has to ask you again and you never have to retype them on each employer form.
Next you set the rules. Each copilot takes up to 3 target job titles, in any language, plus filters for location or remote work, seniority, salary and must-have keywords. You can exclude specific companies and choose between full auto-apply and Review Mode.
From there the copilot searches. Every 2 hours it checks company career pages for new openings and skips anything that misses one of your criteria. Matching jobs are saved, and with auto-apply on the copilot verifies the opening is still live, starts the application, uploads your CV, fills the form with your real details and writes human-like answers to open questions, then submits it on the employer site. With Review Mode on, each application waits for your approval instead.
Finally, everything is tracked. Every saved or submitted job lands in the AI Job Tracker with its full description, and a daily email summarizes what was applied to and lists the newest relevant matches. When applications turn into interviews, the same account includes an interview simulator, cover letter generator and salary helper to prepare for the next step. The product runs as a web app at app.jobsaicopilot.com and as a Chrome extension.
- •AI Automated Job Application - The core of the product. The copilot reads each application form, fills every field from your resume and screening answers, writes answers to open questions and submits on the company career page, up to 20 applications a day on Premium or 50 a day on Elite. The company states it never invents information and always sends your real contact details.
- •Automated Job Search - Scans 50,000+ company career pages and re-checks them every 2 hours, comparing each new opening with your titles, location, seniority, salary and keyword filters. Premium runs 1 copilot; Elite runs 3 copilots with up to 3 titles each, so up to 9 searches at once. Matches are saved to your tracker and sent in a daily digest email, so you can act on new openings while they are fresh, whether or not auto-apply is switched on.
- •Review Mode - Available on every plan. Approve, edit or skip each application before it is sent, or switch to full automation once you trust the matches. This is the main control for anyone who does not want a bot applying unsupervised.
- •AI Job Tracker - A drag-and-drop board with four stages (Saved, Applied, Interviewing and Offer). Jobs the copilot saves or applies to are added automatically with the full job description, so there is no manual entry, and unlimited applications are tracked on every plan. Cards move between stages with a drag, and each one opens the job details along with every step the copilot took on that application.
- •AI Resume Creator and Cover Letter Generator - The resume tool compares your resume with a target job, highlights missing skills, rewrites weak sections in ATS-friendly language and can enhance an existing resume or generate a new one. The cover letter generator turns your resume plus a job title and description into an editable, tailored letter. On Elite, the AI also tailors your resume to every single application.
- •Interview and career helpers - The AI Interview Simulator runs role-specific mock interviews with behavioral, situational, technical and general questions, takes typed or spoken answers and gives feedback after each one on content, relevance and delivery, and any session can be repeated as often as you like. Plans also include a Hiring Manager Finder, an AI Salary Copilot, student and career-change helpers, a jobs personality test and a monthly allowance of AI credits (12 on Premium, 20 on Elite with monthly billing).
Active job seekers applying at volume get the most out of it. If your search means sending dozens of applications a week for broadly similar roles, such as sales representatives, customer success leads, data analysts, software developers or operations associates, the copilot removes the form-filling and keeps applying while you prepare for interviews.
Professionals who are currently employed and searching quietly are another fit. With searches running every 2 hours and a daily email digest, they can keep a pipeline moving without spending evenings on career portals, and Review Mode lets them approve each application so nothing goes out that they would not have sent themselves.
Career changers and recent graduates can use the student and career-change helpers alongside the resume creator to reposition their experience for a new field before the copilot starts applying, and the interview simulator gives them a place to rehearse role-specific questions once responses come in.
Job seekers who prefer applying directly to employers rather than through job boards will appreciate that applications go to official company career pages. People who want a short commitment can start on weekly billing, while those expecting a search of several months can choose quarterly billing for the lowest weekly cost. It is less suited to anyone who wants a free option, since every plan is paid and there is no free trial, or to candidates targeting a handful of highly specific roles where each application is written by hand.
