EasePaint
Image editing in the browser, free tools plus AI
About EasePaint
EasePaint is a browser-based image toolbox that collects everyday photo tasks in one place, each handled by a dedicated single-purpose tool. It covers the small jobs that usually send people to different websites or desktop software: shrinking a file before sharing it, cropping to a ratio, converting HEIC to JPG, adding a watermark, or turning a casual portrait into a compliant ID photo without visiting a photo studio. There is nothing to install, the site can be added to the desktop through the browser's install option, and 11 tools are live today.
The product is split into two groups with different pricing models. Six browser tools - compress, crop, convert, filters, watermark and GIF - are free and unlimited, need no account, add no watermarks, and process files on your device. Five GPU-powered AI tools - background removal, upscaling, old photo restoration, Magic Eraser and ID photos - run on credits. Pro costs $9.99/month or $79/year (about $6.58/month) and includes 300 credits a month shared across the five AI tools, which the site describes as about 300 background removals or 37 ID photos. Unused monthly credits expire, and 50-credit packs are available when you need more. AI results stay in your history for 30 days.
EasePaint uses the same three-step flow for every tool. First, choose a tool for the job you need and open its dedicated tool page. Second, add a photo or screenshot, tune the settings, such as the crop ratio, output format, filter, upscale factor or ID photo backdrop, and check the preview, including a before and after comparison on the AI tools. Third, download the result. Browser tools process the image locally and download right away, while AI tools use credits and keep results in your account history for 30 days so you can return to them.
- •AI background remover - Removes the background while keeping the subject and exports a transparent PNG with hair-level edges and no watermark.
- •AI upscaler and old photo restore - Enlarges images 2x or 4x with optional face enhancement, and repairs blur, wear and faded detail in older photos.
- •Magic Eraser - Paint over unwanted objects and distractions to remove them from the frame.
- •ID photo maker - Changes the backdrop and sets the size, such as 35 x 45 mm, to turn an everyday portrait into an ID photo.
- •Free browser essentials - Compress images, crop and resize to ratios, exact pixels or circles, and convert between JPG, PNG and WebP, including HEIC to JPG and images to PDF.
- •Creative tools - Add text, logos and stamps as watermarks, build GIFs from a burst of photos, and apply filters such as black and white, warm and fade.
EasePaint fits people who edit images occasionally and want a quick result in the browser rather than a full design suite. Anyone who needs an ID photo can set the backdrop and dimensions without visiting a photo studio. Online sellers can remove backgrounds from product photos and compress them for listings. Social media users can crop to the right ratio, add a watermark or turn a photo sequence into a GIF. Families with scanned prints can use old photo restoration and upscaling to recover faded pictures. Users who only need compression, conversion or cropping can rely on the free browser tools indefinitely without creating an account, and add Pro only when they need the AI tools regularly.
