RemoveColor does one job and does not pretend to do more. You upload an image, click the colour you want gone, drag a tolerance slider until the selection covers the shades you meant, and download a transparent PNG at the original resolution. No signup, no watermark, no limit on how many you run.
Worth being clear about what it is: this is a tolerance-based colour key, not an AI background remover. It matches pixels against the colour you picked and removes them. That distinction matters when choosing a tool, because the two behave differently. An AI remover guesses at a subject and separates it from everything else, which handles hair and soft edges but can be wrong in ways you cannot correct. A colour key does exactly what you tell it, which is worse on a photographed portrait and considerably better on a green screen, a flat logo background, or any image where the thing you want gone is a known colour.
The other consequence is privacy, and it is the strongest reason to use this. Processing happens on the browser canvas, so the image never leaves your machine.
