Forge UI
AI thumbnails and game UI from a prompt or a reference
About Forge UI
Forge UI generates two things game creators otherwise commission or build by hand: storefront thumbnails and in-game interface art. You describe a character, action, setting or camera angle and it returns a 16:9 composition intended to stay readable at phone size, which is the constraint that matters when a thumbnail competes in a grid on a small screen. The second half of the tool covers HUDs, menus, panels, buttons, inventory cards, shop screens, quest logs, health bars, ability slots and supporting icons.
Reference images are the part worth knowing about. You can upload an existing screenshot, sketch or mood board and have new assets follow its colours, borders and visual hierarchy, which is the difference between a set of individually nice images and a set that looks like it belongs to one game. Generations can be refined with follow-up instructions rather than re-prompted from scratch, and history is saved so earlier results stay reachable. Style presets are described as inspired by well known game platforms, and the vendor states plainly that it claims no official affiliation with any of them.
Pick whether you want a thumbnail, a GUI element, an avatar or a 3D render, then choose a platform style and optionally a genre such as horror, cartoony, anime or survival. Write a prompt of up to 1200 characters, attach a reference image if you have one, and generate. Every generation costs 10 credits regardless of type. Results can be edited and regenerated, saved to history, and downloaded at high resolution without a watermark on paid plans.
- •Thumbnail generation tuned for storefronts - 16:9 compositions aimed at staying legible at the size a thumbnail is actually viewed.
- •Interface and HUD assets - Menus, panels, inventory cards, shop screens, health bars, badges and icons rather than only scenery.
- •Reference-driven consistency - Feed a screenshot or mood board so colours, borders and hierarchy carry across a set.
- •Connected editing - Refine a result with follow-up instructions and regenerate, instead of starting a new prompt.
- •Platform and genre presets - Style directions for blocky, voxel, low-poly and cinematic looks, with no claimed platform affiliation.
- •Saved history and clean downloads - Generations persist, and paid plans remove watermarks and allow commercial use.
Aimed at game developers, indie studios, GFX artists, UGC creators, streamers and game marketers who need a steady supply of storefront and interface art and do not have a designer on call. The reference workflow suits anyone maintaining a consistent look across a catalogue of assets.
Things to know before paying. The pricing page opens on the annual tab, so the headline figure is the prepay rate and the true monthly cost is meaningfully higher. Output from the free welcome credits is limited to personal, non-commercial use under the terms, with commercial use attached to paid plans. The site is recent, its registrant is behind a privacy service, and it runs a countdown labelled a limited offer that resets rather than expiring, so treat the urgency as marketing rather than a real deadline.
