ThoughtMint
Turn your real ideas into LinkedIn posts in your voice.
About ThoughtMint
ThoughtMint is an AI LinkedIn ghostwriting workspace for founders and professionals who want to post consistently without handing their voice over to a generic chatbot. You give it a rough thought, an opinion, a source article URL or a YouTube video, and it helps shape that material into LinkedIn text posts, carousels and threads that you review and edit before anything goes out. The problem it targets is familiar to anyone who has tried to build a presence on LinkedIn: ideas arrive at random moments, drafts written with a general-purpose AI tend to sound like nobody in particular, and juggling ChatGPT, a notes app and a design tool for carousels is usually what ends the habit after two or three posts. ThoughtMint puts idea capture, drafting, carousel design and a content calendar in one place, and describes itself as a structured thinking system that turns raw ideas into clear LinkedIn content rather than as another AI writing tool.
What separates it from asking a chatbot for posts is memory and focus. The site's own comparison with ChatGPT makes three points: you teach ThoughtMint your voice once instead of re-explaining it in every chat, ideas are saved in a permanent library rather than disappearing with the conversation, and the same idea can become both a text post and a carousel without separate prompts. It is built for LinkedIn and nothing else. The end of the workflow is deliberately manual: ThoughtMint does not publish to LinkedIn automatically, so you copy an approved post into LinkedIn yourself, and the site lists direct publishing and engagement analytics as Coming Soon rather than available today. The product was built by Ayush Gupta, who introduces himself on the homepage as a growth operator with a background in SEO, performance campaigns and content systems, and the privacy policy says its features are powered by third-party AI service providers such as Google AI. Pricing is subscription only, with free access that starts after your first-post setup and ends after 7 days or 2,500 AI words, whichever comes first, with no credit card required.
The site describes the workflow as create, review, copy to LinkedIn. You start from something real: your own experience, an opinion, a piece of source text or a rough draft. Free access begins once you have completed the first-post setup, which is also where ThoughtMint starts learning how you write.
From there the Content Lab offers several ways in. Generate Ideas asks the AI for post ideas based on your industry, audience and goals. Import Article takes a pasted URL and turns the piece into LinkedIn material. YouTube Video extracts the key ideas from a video so they can be repurposed as posts. Add Thoughts captures a passing idea before it is lost. Everything you collect lands in the Idea Bank, where AI-generated and hand-written ideas sit side by side, ready to use later.
When you pick an idea, ThoughtMint drafts it in your voice and can produce a text post, a carousel and a thread from the same starting point. Every generated draft opens in an editor, and the site is explicit that you edit and approve each one before it becomes part of your content plan. Carousels are built in the Visual Content Studio from templates whose colors, fonts and layouts you can change, and finished carousels export as PNG or JPG images ready to upload to LinkedIn.
Finally, approved drafts get target dates in the content calendar, so the Content Queue shows what is coming up and when. On the day, you copy the post to LinkedIn and publish it there.
- •Voice Customization - ThoughtMint learns your voice, experience and opinions so that drafts sound like you instead of generic AI copy. The pitch is that you explain how you write once and every later post builds on it, which is the main difference the site draws between ThoughtMint and a general chatbot where context has to be supplied again in each conversation.
- •One idea, three formats - Starting from a single idea, the tool can produce a LinkedIn text post, a carousel and a thread, so one insight can be reused across formats without writing three separate prompts. All output is fully editable, and the FAQ says you can change text, colors, images and layouts to match your brand.
- •Smart Idea Generation and the Idea Bank - The AI suggests post ideas tailored to your industry, audience and goals, and the Idea Bank stores them alongside your own captured thoughts in a permanent library. The aim is that you never open the app to a blank page and that good ideas are not lost between sessions.
- •Blog Repurposing and Video Transformation - Paste an article URL and ThoughtMint turns it into LinkedIn posts, or point it at a YouTube video and it extracts the key insights for repurposing. This suits people who already publish long-form content, newsletters or talks and want LinkedIn posts that grow out of that material.
- •Visual Content Studio for carousels - A carousel builder with professionally designed templates, editable colors, fonts and layouts, and saved branding such as your logo and brand colors that carry into future content. No design skills, Figma or Canva are needed, and carousels export as PNG or JPG images sized for LinkedIn.
- •Content Queue and Authority extras - A content calendar where approved drafts get target dates, so you can see your posting plan in one place. The higher Authority plan adds a Virality Meter that rates how a post is likely to perform before you publish it, Multi-Page Management for running content for multiple LinkedIn pages, premium templates and priority support. Monthly allowances are about 30 posts (15,000 AI words) on Builder and about 50 posts (25,000 AI words) on Authority.
ThoughtMint is aimed first at founders who want to build authority on LinkedIn but either overthink every post, sound robotic when they use generic AI tools, or stay invisible while they build. The site splits its plans along the same line: Builder for early-stage founders testing content, Authority for founders scaling visibility. Its post idea library is also organised for founders and CEOs, marketing directors, sales directors, executive coaches and consultants, all people whose expertise is the product and for whom a steady LinkedIn presence brings in leads, hires or clients.
It suits professionals who already have opinions and material, such as blog posts, talks, newsletters or YouTube videos, and need a faster way to turn them into regular LinkedIn posts and carousels without hiring a ghostwriter or opening a design tool. People managing more than one LinkedIn page are the audience for the Authority plan's multi-page support.
Before paying, the free access period of 7 days or 2,500 AI words is enough to set up your voice and draft a first batch of posts, and the founder promises personal help to anyone who does not create at least 10 publish-ready drafts in their first 30 days. The site also offers 17 free LinkedIn tools, including a post preview, text formatter, character counter, hook generator, headline generator, post grader, banner maker and comment generator.
It is less suited to anyone who needs automatic publishing to LinkedIn or performance analytics right now, since both are announced as coming rather than available, or to teams that want one tool for several social networks, since ThoughtMint is built for LinkedIn only.
