AI home design from your own photos
About HomeDesignly
HomeDesignly is a browser-based AI home design tool that redesigns your own space from a photo. You snap a room, a house facade or a yard, pick a style, and it returns photorealistic redesigns in under a minute; hand sketches and floor plans work too. Where many design tools start from a blank canvas, HomeDesignly starts from what is there today, and the AI is made to keep the walls, windows and layout while furniture, materials and color are reimagined. Results come back in the exact aspect ratio you uploaded, and because it runs in the browser on a phone or a computer there is nothing to install.
The problem it solves is seeing a change before paying for it. Homeowners want to see a new kitchen, a paint color or a garden before they call a contractor, real estate agents need staged or decluttered listing photos without renting furniture, and designers want quick concepts to explore with a client before detailed work begins. HomeDesignly puts those jobs into one workspace, with separate tools for interiors, exteriors, floor plans and video, each built to do one job.
The product launched in 2026 and describes itself as made by an independent small team; its terms of service name NEOLOGY LLC as the operator. It runs on credits: new accounts get 5 free credits with no card required, and after that you subscribe for monthly credits or buy packs that never expire. Every plan and pack includes every tool, both image models (Lite and Max) and video. The site is upfront that AI can still change a detail and asks you to check each result before you use it, and you own the images and videos you create under its terms.
Start by uploading a photo of the space, or a floor plan or sketch if you are using the floor plan tools. Then choose a tool and its options, such as the room type and the style, and generate. The inspiration gallery offers ready-made starting points, from Japandi kitchens to small boho living rooms, each with a Design this button that opens the tool with that style preset.
For every run you pick a quality level. Lite is faster and costs 1 credit per image, while Max gives sharper detail that stays closer to your photo and costs 4 credits per image. Free accounts make one design per run, Basic makes up to two and Pro and Studio up to four, so you can compare variations side by side. Video tools turn a photo, or a before and an after, into a 5- or 10-second clip at 3 credits per second on Lite or 6 on Max.
When a result works, download it. A failed generation gives its credits back. Subscription credits arrive each billing period and are spent first, yearly plans deliver the whole year of credits upfront, and pack credits stay on your balance with no expiry for as long as the account is open.

Interior Redesign - Dedicated tools for interior design, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and remodels. The kitchen visualizer tries cabinet colors, countertops, backsplash and hardware on a photo of your kitchen, the paint color visualizer repaints walls, trim and ceiling and compares colors side by side, and the room visualizer swaps floors, cabinets, countertops and wall colors.
- •
Virtual Staging and Room Cleaner - Virtual staging turns vacant rooms into furnished, lived-in spaces for listings and rentals without renting a single piece of furniture. The room cleaner removes mess, furniture and personal items from a photo while keeping the original walls, floors and fixtures.
- •
Exterior and Landscape Design - Try a new architectural style, siding, roofing, windows and color schemes on a photo of the house and compare curb appeal options before you commit to a contractor. The exterior paint visualizer handles siding, trim, door and roof colors, and the landscape tool turns a bare yard into patios, planting beds and outdoor living, with a slider to compare before and after.
- •
Floor Plan Tools - Describe your home or upload a sketch to get a clean floor plan, or turn a 2D floor plan into a furnished 3D view.
- •
Real Estate and Renovation Video - Turn a photo of a room or house into a smooth cinematic camera move, turn a before and after into a video of the room transforming, or generate a timelapse of the renovation happening.
- •
Built for Designer Workflows - Material studies let you swap stone, timber and fabric within one scene, projects can start from hand sketches, elevations or 3D models, and high-resolution before-and-after renders are meant to be client-ready.
HomeDesignly is aimed at four groups. Homeowners planning a change can see a new kitchen, a paint color or a garden before spending money on it, and the Basic plan is pitched at exactly that kind of single project. Renters looking for furniture and decor ideas can explore styles that leave the walls as they are.
Real estate agents, short-term rental hosts and home stagers are the second audience. Virtual staging, the room cleaner and the real estate video tools turn listing photos into staged, decluttered or moving versions, and the Pro plan is labeled for agents, hosts and designers.
Interior designers can use it for fast concepts to explore with a client before detailed work starts, with material studies, sketch-to-render and before-and-after renders for proposals. Studios and teams handling many listings can take the Studio plan with 1,800 credits a month, and anyone who only needs a handful of images can buy a credit pack instead of subscribing.
