Gistify
Compare AI answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok
About Gistify
Gistify is a multi-model answer engine that sends a single question to four large language models at the same time - GPT-5.2, Claude 4.6 Opus, Gemini 3 Pro and Grok 4.1, according to its homepage - and then condenses their replies into one summary it calls The Gist. The problem it targets is familiar to anyone who leans on chat assistants for real decisions: one model gives one perspective, it can state a wrong fact with full confidence, and checking it means copying the same prompt into several tabs and comparing the results by hand. Gistify does that comparison for you and puts the agreement, the disagreement and the raw answers on one screen.
The pitch rests on two ideas. The first is that consensus is a useful signal: when four models trained differently reach the same conclusion independently, the answer is more trustworthy, and when they split, the split itself shows that the question is harder than any single reply suggested. The second is cost. Instead of four separate consumer subscriptions, Gistify uses developer (API) access to each model and charges one flat subscription for unlimited searches. New accounts get 20 lifetime searches with no credit card, after which a paid plan is required. The site positions the product as a decision engine for founders, marketers and individuals researching health, legal, finance and tech questions, and it labels its output as informational only rather than professional advice.
You start by typing a question into a single prompt box, the same way you would with any chat assistant. Questions can be about anything - a go-to-market plan, a supplement stack, a contract clause, a pricing decision - and you can attach files such as PDFs, spreadsheets, documents or images for the models to analyse alongside the prompt.
Gistify then dispatches the question to all four models in parallel. You choose between two modes: Fast mode uses quicker models and returns results in about 20 seconds, while Thinking mode uses more powerful reasoning models, takes about 60 seconds, and is aimed at complex questions where depth matters more than speed. Each model also has access to web search, so answers can draw on current information rather than training data alone.
When the responses come back, Gistify uses a further AI step to synthesise them. The result page leads with The Gist, the consensus view across the four answers, followed by an explicit breakdown of where the models disagree, and then all four full responses so you can read each one in its own words. From there you can continue the conversation, or share it through a public link that anyone with the URL can view. If you want answers tailored to you, you can import your chat history from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, or turn on the Remember my chats setting so Gistify learns your context over time.

Four models in one query - Every question runs through GPT-5.2, Claude 4.6 Opus, Gemini 3 Pro and Grok 4.1 simultaneously. This removes the copy, paste and tab-switching loop of asking each assistant separately, and it means every answer you read has been produced alongside three independent alternatives rather than in isolation.
- •
The Gist and disagreement view - The headline output is a synthesised consensus answer that highlights what all four models agree on. Gistify treats disagreement as information rather than noise: it shows where and why the models differ, which the site argues often reveals complexity or risk that a single model would have smoothed over. Because the four full responses sit underneath, you can always check the summary against its sources.

Fast and Thinking modes - Two speed and depth settings let you match the model tier to the question. Fast mode returns in roughly 20 seconds for everyday questions, while Thinking mode routes to stronger reasoning models and takes around 60 seconds for analysis-heavy prompts such as financial modelling or contract review.
- •
File uploads and web search - You can upload images, PDFs, documents and spreadsheets, and all four models analyse the file as part of their response. Each model can also search the web, so questions about current events, prices or recent research are not limited to what the models learned during training.
- •
Chat history import and memory - Gistify can import your existing conversation history from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. It extracts key facts and preferences from those conversations and stores them to personalise future answers, and you can view, manage and delete those imported memories from Settings. A separate Remember my chats option, off by default, lets Gistify learn from your conversations inside the product.

Privacy controls and sharing - The company states that it does not sell user data and that queries are never used to train AI models. Conversations are private unless you explicitly share one, in which case a public link is created for that conversation only. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the Settings page, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
Gistify fits people who use AI assistants for decisions with real consequences and want a second, third and fourth opinion before acting. Founders and early-stage teams are a primary audience: the site shows use cases for pitch deck critique, pricing strategy, ideal customer profile definition, competitive analysis, cold outreach copy, hiring and financial modelling, where seeing four different playbooks side by side exposes assumptions a single model might have reinforced.
Marketers can use it to generate four variations of ad copy or headlines, compare lead generation strategies across channels, and see which competitive insights all four models converge on. Individuals researching health questions - symptoms, supplement stacks or lab results - can use the agreement view to see which observations are consistent across models and which are flagged by only one, with the clear caveat from Gistify that its output is for research and should be verified with a qualified professional. The same applies to its legal, finance and tech use cases, where a hallucinated citation or statistic is costly.
It also suits anyone currently paying for several AI chat subscriptions mainly to cross-check answers. Gistify replaces that habit with a single subscription and a single prompt box, at the cost of not having each vendor's full consumer app features. Developers looking for an API or self-hosted model routing are not the target; this is a consumer and professional answer tool rather than an infrastructure product.
